Where do I find out where call is coming from

The caller tried to pose as a police officer with no ingormation and tried to scare me into giving more info. Please be sure to be on the look out for this number or those to similar to this number i am pretty sure someone is using a phone scrambler by c****ing the last two numbers to call and scare people that may possibly be in kansas. All they had was my first name and that was it. If you get this number or close to it **** up immediately.
