Concerned Citizen Got this same message and spoke with PayPal, they****ured me there had been no su****ious activity on my account and they it was a scam that was going around. It was first being sent by email and now they have switched over to sending text. They say they have no way of knowing how this person is getting their customers phone numbers but there is nothing they can do about it.
