Nusiance call looking to get info from seniors

Michelle I received a call from this number at 2:30 CST on a Sunday. They mumbled so****ing about market research and then asked if I was registered to vote. Question 2 was did I plan on voting in upcoming election. Question 3 was year of birth upon answering this question the person, sounded American, mumbled "no, no" and ***g-up on me. I tried to call the number and was given a message that the line was disconnected. Weird.
