I'm from Dallas and I also received a call from a telemarketing firm representing Bowery Capital last month. They called me in my mobile and I politely asked the person to delete me from their marketing list only to receive a few calls from the same company later that week.Having requested Bowery Capital's contact numbers and physical address in New York through the FINRA/NFA directory, I called them directly to formally complain about the telemarketers they employed here. Their sales representative****ured me that my name would be taken off the company's contact list. No calls since. I hope it stays that way.

They insist I send them over 10,000 dollars to hook me to a high return investment opportunity in Gold options!They claim their company is Bowery Capital Corporation, and their addressis 163 William St, New York, NY 10038, USA. Their Website is www.bowerycapitalcorp.com. On their website under Contact Us, they indicate the above address and Fax number 1-914-462-3268, No telephone contact indicated!Watch out every body, they are serious Scam, as explained to me by my bankers.Samuel Katz.
