Caller said that I had called them. I did not and it wasn't in my call log either.

I'm from Dallas and I also received a call from a telemarketing firm representing Bowery Capital last month. They called me in my mobile and I politely asked the person to delete me from their marketing list only to receive a few calls from the same company later that week.Having requested Bowery Capital's contact numbers and physical address in New York through the FINRA/NFA directory, I called them directly to formally complain about the telemarketers they employed here. Their sales representative****ured me that my name would be taken off the company's contact list. No calls since. I hope it stays that way.
