They Called Wanting My Credit Card Number So They Can Lower The Apr Rate !!

Received a call from this number today at1:00 pm

Spammer. Blocked. Done!

Received a phone call from this number. I answered but was silent - they ***g up. Not a word. I called back from my office phone and the number is: not in service. I have AT&T as a mobile provider and months ago they were HACKED. I am pretty sure this is how my number was accessed.

I received a call from this number today on my cell phone. They said they were from "Shared Services" and were offering me a lower rate on my Visa card. I don't even have a Visa card, although I should probably check my credit report. I asked "Do you know who you called?" and then the line disconnected. The person on the line was definitely foreign.

Called on August 7, 2013 at 8:41am ET. Caller ID showed caller's name as "Wellman Service". Did not recognize number as a business I deal with so I did not answer call. My phone number is registered in both the State Do Not Call Registry and the Federal Do Not Call Registry and these kinds of scammers could care less your number is listed as "Do Not Call". I'm amazed people answer calls from out-of-state callers they do not know and do not have any business dealings with. People should only answer call if they recognize the number as a friend of theirs or a company they are familiar with such as their employer or a company they buy services from, otherwise never answer the phone.

Phony****holes calling to "lower your interest rates" - ROBO calling, with no opt out. Illegal in my state. Unable to get removed.
