I've done a little research, i googled that number plus BCR (when you call back thats what is said on the recording) and Business Credit Recovery is what comes up.  I keep trying to call them back to inform them they have wrong number but can never get through.

I too keep getting calls from this number and i've tried calling back but no one ever comes to the line.  I as well would like to know who they are and what they want. Any info please let me know.!!!!

I keep getting this call a lot and sometimes they call three times a day. Can you tell me who this business is or persons. I would really appreciuate it.

They called from this number one evening.  I said I wasn't the person.  They called a***n @8:30 the next morning...I said I wasn't the person they were looking for and asked for my number to be taken off the listing.  They called a***n at noon the same day, but I missed the call...I called back.  The lady said, "I'm sorry.  I'll take you off.  Oh, someone did earlier...I don't know why your number popped up a***n."  I thought it was over until I got two more calls in the afternoon and early evening from 202-607-2749.  I called that number back and got the SAME COMPANY NAME...DCR.  I have no idea of what they do, but the lady first asked whether or not I had an account with them.  It might be a collection agency.  They asked for someone named "Mary Christopher".
