I too keep getting calls from this number and i've tried calling back but no one ever comes to the line.  I as well would like to know who they are and what they want. Any info please let me know.!!!!

For months I've gotten calls from a set of numbers from the 915 that show to be from El Paso; they caller ID "Out Of Area" and roll over from 915 440-2186, 440-2842, 440-2757, and possibly others that show to be from the 915 area code.  The one and only time there was someone on the line, they seemed to only speak spanish, and that call was months ago.  Since then on every call there is no one who responds to my "hello;" when I gave up and just let it go to the answering ma****e no one ever leaves a message.  But the calls just keep on coming; every day, sometimes several times a day, seven days a week.  I think that anytime someone calls you and the "who from" line of caller id indicates anything other than the actual name of the company, organization or person that the call is from, is an immediate signal to us all that you should not answer the call for any reason.   If they were on the "up and up," they would make sure that their correct identification data is in that line.  Furthermore, same for the "calling party telephone number line."   If it says anything than the actual number that you can call them back at, I would not answer it for anything unless the NAME data in the "name" line is the name of someone you KNOW and WANT to talk with.  I know of no reason whatsoever for anyone to be attempting any type of collection on me, and the fact that the location of the people calling me from these numbers are literally almost straddling the Rio Grande River is a strong clue that they are probably a telemarketing shop using cheap mexican labor.  In fact, I have seen companies in mexico microwaving their pbx phone system over the river to the U.S. side of the river, so that they can "appear" to have a U.S. presence, and so they can make cheaper calls to/from Mexico, not having to pay international rates.

Getting repeated calls but I don't answer..........this is just another telemarketing number.

Claims, they are American Express, yet the number shows a location from a small town in Texas, not sure if it is actually them or someone pretending to be them.

We received a call from this number yes****ay.

So I had a nice conversation with Jack Dominic today.  The first call was made on Sa****ay morning at 7:45am, which I new then it was a bogus call, but he left a message.  Told me good luck and god bless as things unravel with the attorneys.  I ignored it and he called a***n on Monday.  Not only to my cell, but my old job where they had told him I no longer worked, but he continued to call there.  I finally called him back at 979.314.4382 and it went to the generic voicemail.  I left a voice mail to have him call me back.  He called 8 times in a row from a restricted number.  I finally talked to him on the phone and he stated he was with Cooper Law Firm.  He told me that I had three charges a***nst me at that he was going to see me in court.  I told him I had no idea what this was regarding, and preceded to state that I took a Cash Advance for an amount that he couldn't tell me or the day that I actually got the money, but now I owed him over $5000.The line disconnected and in the mean time I researched the information and figured out it was a scam.  He called back and I asked him for his address, he gave me 2100 Bryan Tower Clint City, TX 70841.  I was googling it while asking him and verified it three times.....it doesn't exist.  When I asked him why it didn't exist, he kept telling me that he would just see me in court.  I said that was fine and until then, I did not want him to call me a***n and asked if he understood.  He said no, then preceded to ask if I had a boyfriend or if I was married.  When I told him that this was the most unprofessional phone call I had ever received and that I was going to report him, he said I that he just wanted to talk to me.  I told him he could talk to me in court......if that ever happens, which I highly doubt it.This is such a scam.  I'll be reporting this within the next day.
