i got a phone call saying it was the police lol

Call calls leaves a messag on phone to call back nu 915 565 1428 when calling this number no one answers the phone.  There is no answering ma****e.  Days later a letter is sent a residence.  The information on the letter is not valid descibes law suite for deliquent taxes.  Calling nu 915 545 5481 a***n no one answers.  The letter has my name an unknown person of suite refers me to the opposit ***.  Threats of being citation from the Sheriff department
