Said they were holding boxes addressed to me and found illegal. Asked me to press 1 to speak to authorities or else they would take legal action

Spams about contact lenses. Not sure how they Obtained my number but I get texts even after contacting the number to remove me.

keeps calling and ****ing up!

Called at 8:15 this evening; came up as THPA (TX Highway Patrol****n). I didn't answer, he left no message.  I've asked them to take me off their calling list before, but I guess they're above the law.

Caller identified himself as a person who was collecting donations for the Texas Highway Patrol****ociation, "a non-profit organization".  Then he added the word museum.  He wanted me to commit to a donation.  I told him to send me the info through the mail and if everything checked out, I may send a donation back through the mail.  He persisted that I make the smallest commitment of $10 right now and I told him if he could not do as I requested, I would not be making a donation at all.  He then gave me the website thpa.org so that I could investigate and said he would call me back later in the week.  The website seemed a little amateurish, so I did a google search on the name...not a very good review from the BBB.  They are not****ociated with the Texas Highway Department at all.  Out of over $1.8 million raised during a drive to help a fallen officer, the family of the fallen officer reportedly received $12,500.  I will NOT be donating at all.

Got a call fro 915-633-1835 TXSHGWYPATROL.  They were soliciting money for troopers ****ed in the line of duty.  When I said that I was not interested he just ***g up.

1-915-633-6161  I have no idea who this individual is and I have been having other calls on another number.  This call was given as Texas HIghway Patrol of which there is no such thing.  Who could this be????

Caller ID says TX Hwy Patrol - phone number 915-633-1382.  Did not answer as I was not there and caller left no message.  Freaked me out a bit as thought so****ing happened to a family member - why should a solicitor be allowed to use "TX Hwy Patrol" as its calling name - would think that should be allowed for the "real" guys.

Received from number identified as TX HWY PATROL.  Asked for donation.  Told caller I couldn't help at this time and that I understood the DPS & Police did not solicit over phone and to remove my name from their caller list.  No response and call ***g up.

Just received a call from this number.  No one responded when I answered the call...just dead silence.  Tried to call the number back, and received a busy signal.
