Columbia Gas Worker. African American Male in the Mid '40s. Threatened gas line termination if payment was not made right away. Parked in a shared driveway blocking my ability to leave my house. Called from a burner phone. The owner of the burner phone is connected to several scam calls. Became aggressive and threaten to call the police if I spoke to him outside my house. He began to use racially-charged language and then began to claim I was threatening him. He was reported to his supervisor. Entire encounter caught on video.
