brad Apple called saying that we got disconnected. I asked her what name was on the account, she told me my name was, being when I answered the phone and gave my name. My name is not on the account, its my wifes name. Sounded like she had a 3rd grade education and very ignorant. No way a company could have pathetic sounding employees. I traced the address of the phone number and will be making a trip.
