They have called me and said they can help me with a message they can help me with my Tax debt I owe, only thing is I do not owe a tax debt. I hope someone can finally do so****ing about these people.I tried to call back three times but no person to actually speak to just a message thanking me for returning my call and if you want removed from the call list press 1 how lame these people are.David

Yes, I got calls from 916-219-8187 'Barack Obama's...'  They call my cell phone which is a violation of federal law.  The good news is the FTC is on their case, I think it is just a matter of time before civil and criminal charges are brought. FTC has shut down others but they just open up under a new name, until they go to jail.

Also called mu cell but didn't leave a message.

these *******s won't stop even if you call back and press 1 or 9 or whatever.Does anyone give these people money?  I sure as***** wouldn't.Criminals.

Would probably help if U call in a complaint to the FTC toll free# - only takes a couple minutes.

I receive calls everyday at home! When will this stop.  They are different telephone numbers.  You can pick the line up, **** up and then they call you a***n!

They called me for the second time...the same automated message about mortgage relief. I filed a complaint on the DNC website--and I will keep filing it every time they call. The fine for them is up to $11,000 per incident so the more we report it the most likely they will have to stop calling.

I have received about 6 calls now from this company, all from different numbers.  I press 9 and they just call from a different number.  I am also on the DNC list and have filed complaints for each and every one.  I really don't think the goverment gives a danm if a company violates the list.

Showed as a missed call at 6:21 PM on my work cell phone.Probably a scam.  Have received about 5 "Are you tired of..."  or "President Obama has authorized..." in the last 2 months.  Did not call back.  Probably would say "Press 1 to be removed" and then they sell your # to someone else....

Left no message.  When I called back a recording asks if you want to be on our do not call list press 1.  That's it.  Seems like a scam for sure.

you should file at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm   At the federal level, the FTC can levy fines up to $11,000 per violation, and the FCC $10,000. The fines for violation of state DNC lists varies from $100 to $25,000.  So, if you really want to stick it to them, fill out the fcc form every time they call you.

I am on a DO NOT CALL list, so they violated the law.

Mortgage modifcation, used "President Obama" a lot in the pitch.  Opted out with '9'.

Who the heck is TFZ LLC!  Barack Obama signed a bill...press 1 to see if you qualify for mortgage refinancing.  Doesn't sound political to me at all.  I hope they get caught and racked over the coals if they are in violation of the DNC.

Called @ 4:52 EST with offers for debt consolidation and reduction services.  I pressed "9" to opt out of further calls per their instructions

Unfortunately, political org's are exempt from DNC reg's.  They are free to call and harass you all they want.  DNC list is a joke and will never truly be enforced.

I have received calls from these people daily for about two weeks, no messages left.  Cindi, thanks for the tip about calling back and choosing option #1.  I, too, am on the DNC list and am frustrated that they are calling my cell phone.

when I call the number it s****s with "thanks for calling back, if you do not want to receive anymore special promotions press 1". No other details about the business or what they want.

I called the number back and it says press one if you don't want to receive anymore calls. I did and will see if that works.

I now have received 6 calls from unknown numbers. (9162198187) and (8188708100), here is a third (3104442679) Not one of these calls have left a message.

I also got a call on my cell phone today. They call every few days.  Let's hope for a criminal charge soon for this a***nst this firm and for the employees who take the calls.

Called me on my work number which happens to be a law firm. The 916-219-8187 number came up "cellular call" but when Googled it turns out to be TRZ LLC, which happens to be the same company that calls this line later in the evening from number 603-314-3565.  The former number is Sacramento CA, and the later number is Connecticut.  When I answered a computer generated voice asked me "Are you tired of Barack Obama's..." I ***g up, should have probably listened to the entire thing, except I am way too busy for this nonsense.
