no voicemail, they've been calling almost every day for days now.

Just got a call from the same number and didn't answer.  Now I remember why. Several months ago I got daily calls from this number and complained to B of A.  Here we go a***n.....

I am  on the no call list but I too got a call from this guy  but he never talked to me just kept asking for me as though he could not hear me,  my phone said it was from Bank of  America6/2/2010

Call recieved from 916-226-9773- Elk Grove, CA area. The guy claimed to be from Bank of America and was selling health insurance of some sort. He was very pushy and would not allow me to get off the phone. Continued to push to send information. Very unprofessional-- I will be calling Bank of America-- and checking to see if this is a scam.

Just got s****ed getting that call today. Answered twice. Once my wife but no one answered and i picked up the next call. He answered but ask for my wife. Ask him to leave a message but told me he'll call next time within the week.

916-226-9773 called on April 5, 2010 at 8:30pm PST and my husband answered. The caller was male, claimed he was from Bank of America, and asked for me, but couldn't*****ounce our last name. The caller claimed that I had requested information and he was returning MY call. I told my husband I didn't request anything and to not tell the man anything. He ***g up and told me it sounded as if the man was in a room with alot of people. I Googled the phone number and found this site to report it as a scam. This number is an Elk Grove, CA number. Please don't give any personal information to someone calling from this number.

916-226-9773 from Bank of America. Have never done business with them.We are unlisted and on Do Not Call list, past the waiting period.They call 3x a day now and never leave message. Even Christmas Eve.Am printing out call list and will report them in violation of Do Not Call Registry.Also, blocking their number. However, I've discovered that blocking numbers only works for about 2 weeks. Then they either sell our number, or call with a different phone number. We only pick up for family and friends now. Everyone else can leave a message.
