Keep receiving a call from the number 314-802-9873 and when I answer the person just ****s up.  This is the 3rd day in a row.

I also received a call today from Alexander Davenport who claims I owe a pay day loan debt. I have report him to the FTC commission.

the same indian guys called me and i have there telephone # 805-322-4589 it goes directly to them (nov. 2009) i am going to report it to the police

The caller stated that he spoke to my wife and that he advised her that I owed $689.36. I asked what for he told me some loan company. I asked what loan company. He could not tell me. Then he told that the company tried to connect me by email at an email that is not working for the past 3 years. He told me that he gave my wife an option of sending 350.00 by 5:00 pm and the rest next month with a letter to put a hold on the account. I asked for the information in writing before I sent any money and he said the hearing is on Tuesday, the 24th at 10:00 am in LA, California. I had my wife call FBI after I spoke to the guy.

The caller is calling deanding I pay $698.36 to them or they will take my husband and my friends to court for a loan that I do not remember doing. Saying if the money is not in the office by 11/19/09 by 5:00pm they will take us to court on 11/24/09 at 10:00 am. I am reporting this to FBI as well to have it ****her investigated.

I received 2 calls within 5 minutes of each other from someone named Katherine George on Monday November 16th.Each time she left a very foreboding message, but the messages were exactly the same as if she was reading a script. She said that the second I get this message either myself of my lawyer needed to contact her regarding an important matter. She went on to say not to ignore this message and if she doesn't receive a call to be prepared for the what is about to happen next.I returned the call the next day and another person picked up the call and had no idea who Katherine George was, but that I was calling a law firm and charges have been placed a***nst me for a payday loan that I defaulted on. This person has avery thick Indian accent and spoke very quickly. I told him that I couldn't understand him. they put someon that had a much better command of english who began with threats and that I was going to be need to in court next week or I would be arrested.He mentioned that Check Connection was the company that owns 6 thousand payday loans web sites he coudln't give me any information and that I would receive information tomorrow. I never received information or another call.

CONTINUE TO GET CALLS FROM 916-236-4575 STATING THEY ARE ATTORNEYS AND DEMANDING MONEY OR THEY WILL HAVE ME ARRESTED// CALLING MY JOB WITH HARASSMENT AND THREATENING CALLS

I got calls from this number at work and on my company cell phone. They are staating that I owe 630.30 for a online payday loan. I have never gotten an on line payday loan. They threated to put me in jail and tell my employeer. I aksed what company I was to have taken this loan from and they would not provide this to me until I had paid. They also said that they would arrest my sister and mother becasue they were refrencess on my loan. Sorry guys I work in an office full of law enforcement and what you are doing is not right. I can not get them to stop call. Plus you speak to fast to understand. Might have a better chance if you LEARN ENGLISH

I got five phone calls today from a john conners phone number 9162364575 - stated that I had a cash connection loan from the internet that I needed to pay today or go to jail on monday - he stated the police was coming to get me on monday! It is very frightening phone calls - does any one know how to stop them? he and they (talked to two guys - sounded like india persons) were very very rude - DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO ON THIS TYPE OF PHONE CALL?

I got 5 phone calls from 1-916-236-4575 today - said his name was john conners - said I owed a lote of money and that I was going to jail on monday if I did not pay it today - connected me to another person - that I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HIS TALK EITHER! very very rude and keep calling - I just keep ****ing up

I'm getting these calls also from the same number....I have had calls in the past like this too and found out they are base in India(scam) and getting US numbers. I was told to ignore them and not answer. Its hard to ignore some of them because they look like legit numbers in my phone exc****e. I've recently s****ed have calls a***n(in the last hour)and 3 times this am. I told them that they are being recorded and that my attorney will be in touch.. Supposedly he's to call this number.  We'll see if they stop. Anyone got ideas of how to stop them? I reported them before but seems like nothing is done. Please reply back if any ideas. They need stopping!!!!!

I get calls from this number and telling me without so much who they are or where their from and telling me that i am going to wish i prayed to god if i don't pay them.

I keep geting call from a company that is saying that I owe a cash advance co $799.39 but won't tell me who this company is, my last call was from a one person telling me I was being sued and wanted by Attoney's information then he tranfered me to another person who said his name was Alexander Davenport who gave me his number as 916-236-4575, he also stated that I owe the above mentioned number, but they will not provived any proof of this debt. They also are telling me that I am being charged with theft

received phone call from very rude indian man stating i owe them money for a cash advance at cash connection.  i have know ideal of who this fast talker is.

I keep receiving a phone message from a marcus at the above. He calls my joband demands that I call due to legal matters. This is a scam and it is illegal. It needs to be stopped.Thank you

I have received these calls before. Now they are calling a***n, same people, same accent,different names. They are a scam company and will try to scare you and threaten you if you ask them to many questions. One time they even said, May god have mercy on your soul... I do not talk to them. I have reported the number several times... They are trying to collect on debt that does not exist and will not provide proof of the debt when it has been requested.

I received a call from a guy with a very thick Indian accent.  He stated that I owed him $500.00 and that the US Government was going to make an example of out me by arresting me because I stole money from a Cash Connect Website.  I advised that I never had a loan with them.  He then switched me to another guy who I couldn't understand either.  The connection was bad they talked really fast.  I asked for court information but he became rude and stating that he was trying to help me.  I told him I have no intentions of giving him money, withoug seeing some type of legal do***entation.  He claimed that court is tomorrow in California.  I think ask the address of the court house, and he became irate and told me not to call this number a***n.

i have recently s****ed receiving phone calls at work from a Berry Black, he has an Indian accent and is very rude, has even threatened my co workers to "not lie to him" about my not being at work. I have spoken to him once and he called me by a wrong first name. he talks so fast i can barely understand him, but he says so****ing about calling from the back offices and do i have my attorney available? so****ing about a bad check wrote on a place called check connection. i have no idea who this is. does anyone have any idea what i can do to stop this?
