I keep getting calls from this number to both my mobile and work numbers, but they do not leave a message...

they said they were from state attorney generals office and someone was pressing charges a***nst me i told him to come and get me

Angelica I received a call from ***ndon Gabriel at 916-259-3085 and 916-469-1761. He said he was with the District Attorney's office, working for George Belosky. I verified this with him 3 times on the call. He even gave me his address which I googled and it is the address of the DA's office. He wanted me to "pay res***ution" today or he was sending the cops to my office and arresting me via a warrant. When I asked several times what it was regarding he said that I knew what it was about. When I told him I wanted so****ing in writing he said the only thing he could send was the warrant. Then he told me I would be in jail for a minimum of 9 months without release and he ***g up on me. I called the actual DA's office and was told that they would not deal with anything in this manner. She said it's a scam and that they have no one on their personnel list with that name. FYI - he did tell me my SSN and bank information. I'm issuing a possible fraud alert on my credit w/ all 3 bureaus and c****ing my bank account. Received the exact same call from this number. Please be aware!
