This person said his name was William Kelly from the Federal Legislation law Firm called my work and left a message with my receptionist that it was urgent that I called him back. When I called the number (916) 287-3958 The man with a heavy middle eastern accent told me that I defaulted on a loan from Cash Advance America. and I was going to get served at my work by the Sherriff’s office tomorrow if I did not work out arrangements to pay out of my bank account. I told him just wait I have not ever in my life gotten a cash advance from any company. After I told him that he ***g up the phone on me. I went on line and researched William Kelly and the Federal legislation Law Firm and never found anything, but when I researched the phone number I found out that is is a total scam. It is very scary how this guy got my work and my personal info. I am going to report them to the Authorities.

I have received several calls from this individual and threatening voicemails about sending me to jail. I finally had him answer and I asked him why he was kept burning up my phone and these threats. He attempted to tell me he was an attorney and I needed to do what he said. I said, maybe if you learned to speak better English I would understand what the***** he was saying. He proceeded to call me a MFer and I called him many many things. Thank goodness my kids weren't here to hear me. He didn't like that. I proceeded to call him some things and yes,,,it got racial and I don't care. I am not a PC kinda guy. I invited to come to Texas and I could show him how I really felt.
