It keeps me annoying, the police authority should make immediate action a***nst this caller. It says about collect call from SACRAMENTO COUNTY JAIL. The number is 1-916-288-0986. This caller is using the government's name.

Ok, this is the phone number that people from sac county jail call from, one of them at least.  and the  Y&P Financial part is the third party "Collect Call Company" if you will.  When they call from county its not like a normal collect call.  In order to answer the phone the person being called has to load money onto a Y&P Financial Prepaid Account.  And just an fyi....$25 gets you 2  5minute calls.  Or 1 11minute phone call.  The cost is rediculous.

Yes this number keeps calling me too! They call late in the middle of the night and several times!!! It also says Y&P Financial. I have tried calling the number back and it does not work!!

i have revcived many calls from this number and I would like to know who its from.

This is not a collection agency or prison.  It is the phone inmates use in the Sacramento county jail when they are booked.

This number is from Y&P Financial they s****ed there phone calls at 3 p.m. and continued to call until 1 am (I unplugged the phone!). When I got home I saw they called 55 times.
