I called them back and they threaten to call the police.If they have a legit claim a***nst me, then they should be able to send all info regarding this account to my home address, which they never seem to be able to do. Just ignore them, and tell them to 'DO NOT CALL'.  By law, they can no longer contact me, otherwise I will file a lawsuit a***nst them. Go ahead CRSI... make my day. Don't test me...What-A-Joke

they don't like it when you call them all day back to back and treat them like they treat you. I called them back so many times they threaten to call the police how is that when called harassing me first that was alot fun, i got on their nerves real bad  try it sometimes lol lol! i'm not even the person they are looking for.

These people are absolutely ridiculous. The somehow can use a number in your home area code to disguise the fact that they are a collection agency. They harass you and call at all times of the day at night more than several times.

My son has been receiving phone calls from the phone number 916-331-5116 belonging to California Recovery Systems Incorporated. The person on the phone was yelling at my son to get Lucy Duncan on the phone (whom we have never heard of) they I got on the phone and the person continued to yell at me stating I was lying to get Lucy Duncan on the phone. We tried to tell him he was wrong but he became belligerent screaming at me. I would like so****ing done as you can see I have attached a copy to my local news station so they will have record of the goings on of your company and how they treat people. By the way you should Google your company name to see how awful your representatives are treating people.Thank you,Mr. Concerned

This number keeps calling my house for my husband's sister. I have told them she doesn't live with us, never has and never will and to stop calling. The guy goes on to say well this is her brother's number isn't it? I said yes but like I said she doesn't live here, this isn't her number quit calling. Any advice on what I can do because this is harrassment, we don't owe them anything and we have never given his sister permission to use our # but obviously she did anyway, what do I do?

11-17-2009 called my home looking for Tom Byers.  A loser who has decided to use my information as contact information. If you know Tom Byers,  Run away, run far away, he is a theif.

How about this, these people called my parents home private number and harassed my Mother looking for me. Now I have not lived there for 20 years and they do know where I am due to my job. I talk to my parents yes, but the less they know the better they are.Then these ******S call my cell and S**** my parents number. Thinking of an extreme emergency I answer only to find a PRE-LEGAL **** female on the other end. I look at my phone a***n and tear into her and ask what number she is calling from she insists it is from the number above.Now is this legal? Or should I just take a ride to California and visit them.I bet they would be very ****ed if I track down there home numbers and s**** calling them at all hours and S**** their parents numbers.

Calls my mobile at all hours of the day and night. Apparently is some credit agency.

Called, didn't answer. Never heard of this place or people.

This is a debt collector out of California.  They also somehow are able to make phone calls show up on your caller id w #'s from your area.  A collector named Jon Vick called from a local Walmart # in my area.
