I have been receiving harassing phones calls as well. One after another, I cannot understand a word they are saying. I asked them (everytime I spoke with someone) what country are they calling from? I cannot understand you?, I wasn't threatened as well so****ing to do with a family investigation, I chuckled, I was also called at work about two years ago, I worked for the State at that time and the man on the phone said, good luck I am sending the Sheriff to your office, I said bring it on...If they are single great, he didnt know how to respond, so I forward the info to the Consumer Fraud department, where they followed up and sent the info to Chicago and the FCC. I work in the legal field, and in collections in the past so I kept asking them questions, where is the paperwork, who filed the paperwork, what is the name of your company, send me the info, and then they **** up. It s****ed a***n, so I am going to complain to the State, and probably block their number. I also have been getting 0000 on my missed calls...

Keep calling multiple times in one hour. I didn't answer any of the calls, but I googled the number and it turns out to be some sort of scammer trying to get money from your bank account threatening to have you arrested for not paying back a payday loan that was never taken out.

They stole my info from a payday loan data bank. I called the loan company and they said it was all fraudulent. These people have ALL my bank info. My social. My ip address. They actually called my work main line !! Now I'm ****ed. I told these people that I know they're fraudulent and it's a scam and he said" you'll find out on Tuesday". Yes, someone please ***** these Indian ***kers!!

Someone from this number calls multiple times a day, speaks with mideastern accent, always the same voice but says he is a different person each time, always says he is calling regarding an auto loan I applied for. They called last year and would call 2 times a day for weeks. Claiming that I had 3 lawsuits filled a***nst me. I finally told them that I would be contact the police. They stopped for about a year. Indian accented "Jonathan Davis" called a little after 7:00 A.M. stating I owed a payday loan company from Sept 2009. He stated my ssn last four digits, the last few digits of my checking account, and the name (badly mispronounced) of my bank. I told him I did not know what he was talking about and ***g up. A moment later he called from "private" number and stated he was verifying my address (which was correct)because the sheriff was only 5 minutes away. Four hours later, I'm on this site to warn others about this ****.

Not only do these people give you generic, American names to go along with their heavy Asian accents and call your home phone and WORK PHONE relentlessly but they are rude, persistent, and insulting.

So for a year now these Indians have been ****ing up my phone. Over a years time their stories have c****ed but the only thing that stays the same is the persons last name, Smith. They call from all different numbers and this morning the only number that showed up in my phone was 0000 I ***g up on him 3 times and then he called back from an unavailable. It s****ed off that I owed money from a payday loan, which I have never had, and they wanted me to settle it with them. Over time I finally s****ed getting **** with them & they would only call every few months. Just when you think your done with them they call back. The last time I spoke with them he told me I had a court date at the Pennsylvania court house and I told him I had never been in that state & I knew he was a scam & that I had a investigator on my case. He told me justice would be served & that I would cry like a Baby. Even though I know their not real, they bother me.

I asked him to fax me the paperwork and of course he couldnt. Said he needed to mail it to my attorney. I told him I was my own attorney and he cant send me the paperwork either. I also have been receiving these calls and I finally told them a few nice things and they ***g up on me but so****ing interesting happened today, I tried calling back from my cell phone and now all of a sudden it said that x3001252 was not available and to leave a message, I then tried calling from my work # and the same thing happened.  I had spoken to someone from both of these phones prior to this so I thought they might be tracking my numbers, so I decided to use a co-workers phone and guess what the call went through!  I told them a few more nice words and once a***n they ***g up on me.  By the way when I call they either answer with just a simple*****o one time they did say cyber crime unit how can I help you.  They claim they are calling from William & Scott****ociates and they represent the cyber crime unit.  I have gotten the names of Kevin Foster and Jennifer.  The number I received calls from are 915-395-0000, 281-903-3202, & 512-229-0184.  If anyone knows of a way to get these scam artists please post it on here I would love to see them get caught!!

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM 916-395-000 THIS MORNING ON MY CELL ASKING FOR A PERSON WE HAVE WORKING FOR US AND THE GUY SAID HE WAS A COP..... BUT I COUOLD NOT UNDERSTAND HIM AND SAID I WAS NOT HIM AND HE SAID i WOULD BE ARRESTED  SO I THOUGHT TO CHECK NUMBER OUT AND WILL IGNORE IT..

I received a call from this # on 5/21. As soon as he s****ed talking, I knew it was part of the scam. I stated that I knew he was a scam artist, and I was reporting the fraudulent activity to FTC. He then s****ed saying very graphic ***ual comments towards me. I told him to go to*****, and get a real job and earn an honest living like me!!! I ***g up. **** if he didn't turn around and call back, a***n using extreme ***ual language. I called him some not so nice words, and said more not so nice sayings towards people of this origin. I ***g up, and he has not called back. Based on some of the names and tactics they are using, I am confident they are****ociated with the following phone #'s:416-364-1115 & ***-862-4080. Not sure they can ever be caught. They are using the internet for the calls, which routes the incoming call to a different location than where they really are. So Frustrating!!

This Indian sounding guy called me today and spoke a ****load of gibberish.  All that I could understand is that I was approved for some kind of loan (sounded like he said car loan) for $2,500 and I told him "No thanks, I'm not interested."  He said that it would be very beneficial for me to accept it and since I was at work I told him I would call him back and he said okay and ***g up.  I tried calling the number back a few hours later and I get a message saying it's not in service.

I got a lot of ****** calls like this with different number but same person who use different "american names" and have a "heavy accent of people from Middle East or Indian so****ing like that.  Don't ever, ever give no "personal info" and tell them to stop calling and leaving ****** messages and you have filed a "Police Complaint" a***nst them or w***ver is calling you.  This is just a BIG SCAM ****** people who are trying to "rip-off" some other people's money.  Tell them go to*****.  I did that  and he told me that he will sue me for that because he is a police officer, but he had stop calling.  Remember this, a police officer will never solicit money or ask payment over the phone.

This caller has called me lots a times and was very rude to myself and my wife is there a way to stop this call!!! We can't even understand this person! He also sceamed at us on the phone! And I kept tilling him that we could not unerstand him or hear him at all!

I have gotten about thirty calls from this number in the last 5 days, I have told them three times to take my name off the list and not to call and it continues. I had to contact my provider to block the number.

I also received this call, 1-916-395-0000.  They have called many, many times.  One time I was able to get out of them that they are calling from Afghanistan.  I actually went to the courthouse in my County and they said nothing was on file from anyone for me.  When they called back, a***n, I asked them what "County" this was for because in the United States, we have a County Courthouse not State Courthouse  I confused him with other questions by saying that I would represent myself and I needed him to send me the information through the USPS, so I could review and be ready for my "court date", that he said I had.  He eventually ***g up on me.  lol.

I have received 10-15 calls this week alone - to find out who it was I finally just said I was John and the told me they were USPharmacy(?) could not understand the person with the Indian accent very well on my cell. She was very nervous when I told her I was going to notify the Attorney General of CA if they did not remove my number from their database. Hopefully they will stop the calls

These clowns called my house and left a message that they were from a legal firm saying that I was going to go to jail if I didn't pay this payday loan back that I never heard of before and also said that I had an warrant that was placed in my state for my arrest. I called them back and he said his name was Steve then he ***g up and called back from a different number that was in another state; and I couldn't understand a word he was saying sound like he was from ****stan.

Some Indian people call every couple of hours, about selling meds. I told them no thanks and to remove my number, they just keep ****ing up before I finish telling them.

And he uses a common English name on "Mark Johnson" when he can barely speak english. It's also odd how my caller ID shows 916-395-0000 and he leaves a different callback number. I just wish there was a way to catch these clowns.

Calls me anywhere from 830 in the morning to 930 at nught talking about I owe for a payday loan and if I didn't pay I would get taken to court unless I pay 5,000 dollars or so****ing upfront to drop the case and settle out of court. Have told them numberous times to stop calling and they continue to call.

this indian dude called me telling me i owe a payday loan that i did not take out and even gave the incorrect month i took out the loan. it was paid for and he was trying to tell me i owed 300 dollars and if i didnt' pay he have me arrested and would take me to court, were i would have to pay an outrageous amount of money like 5400 dollars to pay for court cost and bail money to get out of jail.

I've been getting 3 calls a day this week, messages saying that they are with the fraud department, etc. Obviously telemarketers, most of what they say is unintelligible because of a heavy Indian accent. I filed a complaint with the FCC today and I urge others to do the same. Hopefully that will help!
