Got a call from 0000. Left a message telling me he was Rex Rogers crime and investigation department and to call him back at 1-800-218-7084 before they seek criminal action, and if i ignored them, things would only get worse and he wished me luck.

Got a call from an Indian guy and the # that comes across my cell phone is 0000. Tells me to call back 800-218-7084 or my attorney. If I don't call back they wish me luck.

GOT A CALL FROM 1-800-218-7084 AND THE INDIAN GENTLEMEN STATED HIS NAME WAS DANIEL PAGE. HE WANTED TO SPEAK WITH MY HUSBAND ABOUT A LEGAL MATTER REGARDING A DEBT AND HE KNEW MY NAME AND MAIDEN NAME.  I TOLD HIM I WOULD HAVE MY LAWYER CONTACT HIM AND NOW HE'S NOT ANSWERING THE NUMBER I CALLED BEFORE.  THEY ARE SUCH A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  EVENTUALLY I WILL C****E MY NUMBER SO I WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THIS S... ANYMORE!!!

I was ****** to apply for a loan online and suddenly my Aunt keeps receiving calls from Marshall And****ociates named Angelina Parker regarding a pending lawsuit for an unpaid 35 pay dayloans. When we called back (510) 256-0376 a male with a heavy Indian Accent named Dominic Jones answered and I asked the name of the company he represents , he goes why do you want to know? By reading  this thread I found out they are all one and the same scam.

Do NOT pay them anything!   They are phonies.  They get your info from applications you fill out on the web, and then scam money out of you. Demand that they send you, in writing, a V.O. D. (Verification of Debt). I bet a million bucks that he gets angry and ****s up, yelling that he will sue you.

One of our employees must have applied for an on-line loan and used our phone number in the application.  Unfortunately it was our home phone as we had just s****ed our business.  We get calls from a 510 number repeatedly with foreigners posing as law enforcement officials.  When I call the number back, it is answered by Jack Marshall of Marshall and****ociates (or so he say with a thick indian accent).  I have filed two police reports but they will only stop for a while and s**** back up.  Always using a 510 area code, but I think they end up using a different number.Any strategies for putting a stop to this?

Report them to the FTC  This is a complete SCAM!!!

Its day 4 of harassing telephone calls ..same person "Thomas Eric" cannot even speak English correctly! Telling me they a filing a lawsuit a***nst me for a loan I never took! The figure keeps going up ..I now "owe" $5684.00!  These people have Asian, Indian or ****stani accents, they always give Anglo-Saxon names ..they are SCAM ARTISTS! REPORT these people to the Fair Trade Commission...1-877 382 4357 ...ignore them do not give them your bank info they are trying to steal your money!

12 May 2010If you ever applied for a pay loan or any loan through the internet this is how these scammers are getting your information.

If they were lawyers or working for a firm out of TX, why wouldn't I get so****ing in the mail or bu certified letter? As well, why would a "law firm" call being so rude, and not speak English well enough to understand?

I got this same call at work last week, this is a scam, I encourage everyone receiving it to contact their local FBI office with the perps name and telephone #. These clowns are not even in the U.S. and use VOIP masking. In fact after I got rude with the fellow and ***g up he calls me back in less than 30 seconds claiming now to be the sherrif of California county.

I recieved the same call with the same requests.  I called back and a man answered.  I asked to speak to Jack Marshall. He told me he was not there. He went onto explaining who he was.  He told me he was an attorney and then I jumped on him and told him I didn't care if he was th pope. I told him not to call me anymore or I'll have his a**.  He ***g up the phone immediately. We'll see what happens from here on.  Sounds like a scam. don't fall for it!!!!!!!!

A foreign guy called me.  I think he said his name was Mike Sa***e I am not sure I couldnt understand him.  He has called MANY times (called twice today) said to call him back at 916-458-4243 He said to not disreguard his message and that if he doesnt hear back from me or my attorney then all he can do is wish me luck on what is about to happen.How can these calls be stopped?  I know that he is a fraud caller.I get the same kind of calls with the same wording from foreign guys with  different phone numbers.

Got call telling me I had an outstanding pay day loan which I do not have.  They keep calling-can barely understand them.

I live in Michigan though..I dont even know anyone in texas. How would they even get my cell #

A foreign guy left me a voicemail  I think he said his name was Jack Marshall im not sure i couldnt understand him saying he was from Walden and****ociates He called from a 404 number but said to call him back at 916-458-4243 He said to not disreguard his message and that if he doesnt hear back from me or my attorney then all he can do is wish me luck on what is about to unfold on me......Idk if this is a scam or I should call back  the number the guy called from was 404-970-171227. There are extra number in the number i know but thats what came up on my cell phone
