I keep getting these calls at work and at home and on my cell phone. I called some online lenders I had dealt with in the past and they told me this guy is illegal that he is breaking the law trying to harrass and threaten us. He is part of a very large market of scammers who use  our ss numbers, banking info, private address, and name, employment info to extort money from our personal accounts by threatening us. It is worse than a collection company because they lie to you and threaten you with going to jail. No business is ever going to send you to jail for owing them money.v There could be a judgement filed a***nst you if you do not appear in court or do not try and pay it back, but they are not going to arrest you. Tell this guy he is breaking the law and tell your employer this is a fraudulent person. Ask your employer not to confirm your employment of give out any info about you to them. The lender placed this contact on a list and these are being forwarded to authorities to investigate. He also said you should call your police department and report it as a harrassing phone calls so they have legal record of this crime.

I received a call at work also saying if I did not pay 496.35 today I would have to appear in court on Monday! When I asked for details for this bill I was treated rudely and told see you in court Monday and ***g up on. Claim they are from Morgan and****ociates, foreigner claiming to be Sean Woods! I called and filed a complaint with the FTC.

I received a phone call and the guy claimed to be a Stanly.  He said he was an attorney working with Morgan &****ociates.  That I had a outstanding debt of $300 and they were taking it to court the next day to sue me for $3000.  I called the company that they said they were representing and was told it was a fraud company.  I didn't even have a debt with this company.  I have reported this supposely Law Firm to the Federal Trade Commision, the company they said the were representing, and the Credit Business Bureau.  If there is more places I can report, please let me know.

Everyone who is getting a call from this looser that is probably sitting in a cubical with nothing else better to do than harrass people, go to www.ftc.gov  and report him to the Federal Trade Commission so they can put a stop to it.

This guy sounds like an evil robot.  Yes, he is not allowed to call the work place, so report his a** to the Federal Trade Commission at 877-382-4357.  Not sure how quick they will get on it, but if everyone reports his dumb a**, maybe so****ing will be done.

I got the same call at my job...I don't know how to report so****ing like this to the authorities, but let me tell you how many different ways I told him to f*** himself!

Yes I just got various calls from this person at my work.  I'm very disturbed by this man who apparently does not understand english very well because I specifically told him that I could not receive calls on my job. Today he called my work number at least 15 times back to back.

THis person call stating i owe them money and they are going to serve me paper re: payday loans.  They constantly call and state they are from a lawyers office.  I researed and the phone is registered to a Herman S. Aulakh @99 Ainsworth Way, Folsom, CA 95630
