Please know that these guys that are calling people are starving for a living, they are tryiing to scare all of us by lawsuit, once an account has been sold off and is in another state other than then one you live in, a judgement cannot be placed a***nst you, I learned this from my lawyer.  SO to all of you out that these people are calling and speaking so rude too be not afraid, they are people who can't find a real job, they are not lawyers, and they are starving debt collectors! I would for everyone thaty call to file suit for mental abuse and mental anguish, we have a great case, what they are doing is very illegal.  You can call someone and verbally abuse people in the manner they are doing, we are recording thephone calls for the private investigator. I think he thought he scared me, now I am definitely not paying the bill, they will not take our calls now! Interesting, when you call from a odd number, I would like to personally fly to California and make a visit to the office and see how they operate, shall we form a group and al go out and pay the two a**hole's a visit!

Rec'd call that showed up on caller ID Superlative Bis Caller ID number 916-478-6798 David Lay (Very nasty-rude) Called about a Capital One credit card that is almost 10 yrs. of course speaking to him they'll more than likely try to re-age the account, kept saying I refuse to pay when I kept telling him to prove that I owe. We got in a shouting match. I told him if he thinks I did have such an account to send all correspondence in writing and do not call my number a***n.Prior to that call a voice message (automated) directed me to call 888-441-***4

This guy called me about a debt that is 6 years old. He had an old address for me and threatened me when I didn't have any money to give him. he said they would "come after" me. At the end of the call, he said, "well all i can do is wish you luck..." in a threatening manner.

to correct the caller id on the first complaint. seems like this punk makes his rounds when is this going to stop this was going on about 4-6 months now

This person called saying he has a warrant a***nst my arrest.

Caller had my name SS# and other information about me. He (Alex) said that he was a collection agency and I needed to pay money today by check for a money owed because I had co-signed on a lease for my daughter 15 months ago.  He said that he was going after me and not my daughter because she doesn't have any money.  It sounded really phony.

The guy is looking for Teri Mueller (a former family member).  He even called my ***her's number in town too and gave the same message s***l.  She's not answering her phone for week, he needs to track her down for whatever reason.

The guy was telling an very old friend of mine was under investigation and needed a statement from him by 2pm tomorrow. He (Alex) did not have a straight story and I did not give him any information. Im not sure how he got my land line # in connection to my friend.
