If you listen to the whole message you will hear that that number is no longer in service, but they refer you to the new telephone number for Kaiser member services at their West Point Medical Center near McClellan Air Force Base off of Watt I think it is. This is a legitimate number, but the actual number will be an extension that does not show up on your phone. If you are a Kaiser patient or soon to be they may have called you about your membership, or appointments. I just checked a***n.

Kaiser Permanente Member Services. This is the main number, if you let them leave you a message they will give you the extension that they called from. This is not spam.
