WE ALL UNDERSTAND THAT THE COUNTRY IS IN DEBT BUT SOME OF THOSE PEOPLE THAT AREN'T PAYING THEIR BILLS REALLY HAVE NO MONEY TO PAY THEM WITH. THE PEOPLE GIVE YOU A PAYMENT PLAN OF THREE MONTHS WITH A PAYMENT OF $3000+ IF THEY CAN'T PAY $350 HOW ARE THEY TO PAY THAT ******ED AMOUNT. THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT ARE LAZY AND WOULD RATHER GO BANKRUPT BUT OTHERS ARE TRYING TO GET BY ON THE LITTLE AMOUNT THEY HAVE AND TAKE CARE OF THEIR FAMILY AND BILLS. THE ECONOMY'S CONDITION IS EVERYONES FAULT.

Calls and says that her name is Mitch Rodriguez and I need to call her by the end of the day.  She calls all the time.  Never states how she knows me or who she is with.  This is really getting old.

this lady called 2 times by the name of corby she asked if she can talk to zada or nina well none of these people work or have ever worked for our company and she just wouldnt understand when i kept on telling her she had the wrong number. she kept on asking for those two people. well Korby good luck finding them lol

Someone named Adrian called my husband from this number at work last night.  The only message they left was that is was Adrian.  When he called back, he got a voicemail.  My husband is a healthcare worker in an Emergency Room.  The way I understand it, they are not allowed to interrupt a healthcare worker.  So****ing about preventing the care of patients.  I need more info on this company to find out who they are supposedly 'collecting' for.

LOT of su****ious & illegal activity. In all likelihood it's collections fraud at best. Some reason to believe that at least some employees are engaging in iden***y theft.Client side email contact is invalid.Would recommend a***nst giving them information that they do not already have.The only info they were able to provide me with was my phone #, name (attached to my phone #), and the name of one of my past creditors.

wow you guys dont know the rules apparently. no they dont have to mini miranda you when they leva a message specially for your own sake, if your bf was to listen to it it wouldnt be right. all messages must be left like a friend or someone called you cant disclose info on messages its a***snt regulations.If they call you and u dont knwo the person be nice there is probably 2946492 agencies looking for that person tell them u dont know them and have never heard of them and ask them to take your number off the list cause u been getting 348023480 calls for someone u know know and they wont call you a***n.it is legal to call ur neighbors.It is the last resort to get hold of you, if u dont want them to call them then pay ur debts!!! its not a free country just pay up

Courtney @ ext.2285 called me trying to get me to take a message to a man in my neighborhood. Apparently she looked up my street and did a reverse lookup to get my number. Just so she could get me to walk a message over to a person I've never met. She did not identify herself as a debt collector, and I found the incident soo odd I googled the number and found this site.PS She couldn't even*****ounce his last name but but claimed to be a friend that's been trying tp reach him for months but gets a fast busy signal when she calls his house.

they called last night, left a message......stating they have important information for me!!!........left this number for me to return their call......caller id said: unknown name..........how annoying!!!

A person who said her name is KORBY called and pretended to be my daughters friend. She asked if she was there right now..She asked me where she was living and how can she get a hold of her. She called mME at my job and s****ed asking personal questions regarding my daughter. She did not identify herself as a bill collector. If she calls a***n I will report her to the Illinois Department of Professional Rregulations and Licensing.

This is a collection agancy. They claimed that I owe money to a company I have never done business with then ***g up on me before I could attempt to get a resolution.

She said her name was merideth, and to call her back. Dont know who this is or what. My voicemail sounds like there is people or kids in background.

These people call every day, with a different name each time.  The person(s) they ask for do not even live here.  Very annoying.

Answered the phone this morning, some guy called me by name, asked me to deliver his name and phone number (916-685-3399) to my neighbor because he couldn't get through to the nieghbors telephone. I asked, "Are you someone that he wants to talk to?", yes was his reply. Did a google search on the number and this page a**** others came up. If it happens a***n I'll look at FDCPA, FTC or what ever options there are.

They are annoying and I am thinking about getting my number c****ed because they call me up to 10 times a day.

A lady by the name of Erica Longeliers called my manager at work and requested call back. When I call the number it says this subscriber does not accept messages. Annoying calls at work without prior consent is illegal.

A  female called today said her name was Joyce Edwards.  She stated that for whatever reason I have avoided all her personal calls...never heard of her!  The fdcpa rules clearly state a debt collector, if that's who they are must leave the Mini-Miranda on the message they leave you.  There in fact was no Mini-Miranda left by this unknown comapny on my message from her.FDCPA collection rules state that debt collectors can be fined up to $10,0000 personally for collection violations as well as the company they work for.  Stand up people and force these folks to live by the Federal Rules that guide their practices.Good Luck

a person at this number is calling my neighbors and leaving them messages to tell me to call 916-685-3399. Is this legal to harrass my neighbors?

This woman called me two times now claiming she is "Mrs. Barel" or some name like that, and asked me to call her at this number as soon as possible. She called me by my nickname too.

I had this person call me and claimed they are from PBC "Professional Bureau of Collection." I even called them back and then they put me on hold for a very long time. I called back once a***n and said they didn't know why they called. It was a very annoying and confusing situation.

A female called claiming to be Eve (acted like she knew me)and asked if I could please call her back and commented that she was "trying to find this company."
