It is Surewest Tech Support. I received the same phone call and they fixed my main phone problem.

I got almost the same results as Abby, except the caller left a voice message - and it was SureWest Tech Support. She had me dial a different number to call her back.

Same thing with me just now.  From this number 916-746-3102 and 916-746-3103.. It was disconnected when I tried to call back.  It would attempt to call and then it turned into a missed call.. Supposeofly 6 missed calls but I was wat****g my phone the whole time and the number would appear and then **** up.  Then called with the other phone number and it would appear for a second and then **** up.

I just got a call from 916-746-3102 who claimed and might very well have been tech support from surewest broadband asking me about my IP # for my website. The od part about it was when I tried to call the number back from my caller id to verify who it was, it said it was no longer a working number... Very weird

This number calls all the time. I would like to know who it is.
