YES this is a scam. Do not call them back. Do NOT give them any info or money.

This number called me yes****ay and left me a voicemail claiming to be the attorney for some company which I couldn't understand most of what he said, but so****ing about there was a claim on my ssn and I needed to call them back so they could help me before it was to late. I've been trying to call them back since yes****ay and all I get is a busy number. Is this really a scam or what!? Very frustrating!

They called my work today saying they were from *** attorney's office I could not understand the name. They wanted my attorney's name. I said I dont even know who you are! He got mad and re-stated the law firm which I still did not understand and then he said " you are in big trouble, God help you!" really? Who says that? I said "You are to NOT to call me at this number a***n!" and ***g up but he just called back and left a message with the operator for me....really at my work? I could not understand him very well either...

This dude keeps calling from different numbers all day every day I let him speak with an Att. he ****s up on them and calls me back a week later with the same stuff all over a***n.

same thing happened to me exactly as said.  they get mad when you ask for a supervisor.  cant give any info.  going to send people to arrest me.  so im going to call the attorney generals office.  so if you have time give them a call and try to stop this

so i got the same call today and i owe nothing to ***ody, so is any that i need to be worried about do they actualy follow threw with there bs at all

Called my home and said there was a claim a***nst my ss # and I had to call their attorney when I got the message or they would go to my employer, so I had better call their attorney or God help me.  Could not understand the firm name as sounded as if they were from India, but best guess they said Nath, Nath and Brown.

1June2011Same thing happened to me the so called attorney asked for my attorneys info which i wouldnt give him because that a load of **** and I told the guy I couldnt understanf him and for him to send whatever do***ents he had to my address if he had it and he said he couldnt and that he just had to talk to my attorney. These idiots are so anoying but i sure do enjoy cussing the***** out of them wait for them to **** up and call back and cuss them out a***n for about 5 times until the dont answer anymore. Imature but it makes me feel better. Good luck with these scammers and dont fall into there traps

I keep getting calls from person(s) male and female with India accent, I believe, that state they have names like John Williams and I owe a debt for a payday loan that I did not take out and that I will be arrested, or sued.  I cannot seem to get them to stop calling me. They are difficult to understand and when I ask questions like, is there anyone in your office that speaks english I get responses back that they are offended by my question...they have called my direct line at work and seem to know my legal name, ssn and work number - scary... I can only****ume that they are pulling this information from a credit report but..not sure...I do not owe the debt and when I ask them what they want me to do, they sure don't seem to have an answer, so I don't know what to do - it's like they are just calling to threaten me and that is it... I don't get it?  I don't understand what they are getting out of calling me if they do not want money?  Possibly, I have made them uncomfortable with my questions so they have not pursued trying to collect money from me?  not sure   I sure wish they would get busted and stop bothering me....They have threatened to call my boss and get me fired from my job, that someone will come to my work and arrest me, etc.  it really makes me mad!  Today's call states that they have tried to call me several times and have not had a postiive response.....they only ask that I call them...when I do call them...I get no where in trying to figure out what they want from me...I have even asked them, "what do you want from me?  money?" and I think my anger towards them makes them back off...yet, they still keep calling....I wish I could figure out a way to make them stop...

Called at my place of employment claiming to be an attorny named Belvid Werner. My boss said she could hardly understand him.
