I suspect this number 916- 898-4497 to be a scammer who used s****ed numbers or numbers crested per call. They can be difficult to track and identify. This is not te first or secord or even third reverse number look up site I've tried with no luck. They talk fast and jumble words together (when leaving a message). I got a person to call back at an 888 number and I was going to get served at work on Friday. I tried calling early in the morning one day and never got a voice mail. 99 out of 100 businesses have voice mail! No one ever showed up!
