A call from the Civil Rights Department after they no showed on an email scheduled call followed by a reminder email for that missed appointment I followed up the appointment they no showed on after said hour . This number called me at 9:30AM to tell me she thought the appointment was another day at 1pm- there is no email for that appointment to verify it. Am on the phone with the 800 number- they also called me after not showing for the appointment from an 800 number.
