Pat h A Hector Martinez said this was his cousin's, Heather Elliott phone number, and used it to get $100.00 from me, with a promise of concert tickets, I never received the tickets, and haven't received any response from Hector Martinez, and ***ody answers when I call the phone number, that supposedly belongs to Heather Elliott.

Anonymous SCAMMER!!! Sends texts with a very convincing link to the USPS saying your package was undeliverable and to submit your real address and the USPS will redeliver for a small fee. Just give them your credit card number. The USPS NEVER does that. REPORT them!
