RE: Tyler A. The number is registered thru "Bandwith", a VOIP provider and scammers prefer VOIPs since they are hard to trace. If this person is manipulating you by being overly 'nice' BUT avoiding direct questions from you they might be a catfish. They will say they have feelings for you and then ask you for things but avoid your voice calls or video calls when you ask. BE SAFE.

Ed.A This is a Google Voice outbound trunking number. Friends have been seeing it as MY NUMBER when I call from my cell phone. I use the old Google Voice App on Android that relays my outbound calls through GV, which is supposed to present my main CID instead of the cell number. Whoops! This "glitch" is apparently exploited by many scammers and collection agencies to s**** their real number. Like Skype, it's a legitimate service that's being abused by fraudsters.
