I got a call from on my work phone from a guy by the name of Officer James Cranton who had a foreign accent and he told me that he was calling from ACS an he told me that there was a case a***nst me for steaing money from them and that I had to go to court to solve the matter. I have never heard of this place in my life.
poncho These people are rude, and somepme in the Rhode Island filed a complaint and it was on our Local News about people receiving calls from this company and several companies like this. I can't even understand what he is saying on the phone. But our local News indicated do no feed them any information just **** up the phone, because they are just waiting for you to talk back to them so they can be rude and tell you your going to be arreseted. I told the caller funny how someone calls your phone number about being arrested, they don't understant the laws. Thats not how the Law works, everyone knows that if your being sued you will received an official do***ent certified in the mail, not a phone call for you to provide your debt/credit card to pay for a bill you paid in full or never had in the beginning, They are running scams all over the state. I hope they get locked up for verbal****ault.
