K Claiming to be IRS. However, the IRS will NEVER call. I used to work for one of the top American accounting firms in the tax department. They write letters. So yeah. Nice try. The ****py grammar and syntax is also a bit of a tell also.

This belongs to a company called BannerBits and I have reason to believe that they are scammers of the highest level.

Probably spam -- said IRS had a case a***nst me, this was their final attempt to contact me, would litigate if I did not return their call within 24 hours. Doubtful.
