I have received 2 texts from this number (claims to be Netflix). The text is to inform me that my payment was declined and my account will be suspended unless I give them a new form of payment within 48hrs. This is clearly a SCAM, just trying to steal credit/debit card & bank account numbers!! I know because I do not now nor have I ever had a Netflix account! I also called Netflix to make sure that no-one opened one in my name... They had not and went on to tell me that NEVER text anyone regarding anything to do with Billing! People Beware!
