Never answer when I answer

I answered and they ***g up. Put myself on their list but then they called and left a voicemail with some **** saying "hello" a bunch of times over and over and then laughing. Can someone shut them down already? They don't even call for a reason.

Called twice; no message and when I called back there was no indication of who called but an option to be added to "do not call list."

I keep getting call from this cell number? no messages etc

Constantly calling. Doesn't say nothing and ****s up. Very immature
