Leave a CommentSo far all I know about this phone # is they claim to be from Microsfo6 and know what security software I Have installed. I would like to find out more about this phone number like which cell service is the phone with. who owns the line, why can I not call the phone. That is to s****. I suspect its a line fraudulently being used to dupe people into giving up their security on their PC but it is a lousy approach to such and only upsets users like myself
Rec'd call & didn't recognize number, let my ma****e ans. call . No message was left on my answering ma****e.
These idiots called me DAILY (a few times several times in one day) - where the number would come through the same each time. When I would answer - I would often get a click and a dial tone. If you returned the call to the number would you get a "Number disconnected message" that would just sit and repeat itself. Finally the idiots actually answered when I did - and they made efforts at trying to sell me services regarding the security and safety of my computers and personal iden***y. Being a computer technician myself - I actually countered their deal by asking if they would like to go into a mutual business arrangement. Granted, I was just ****ing with them in hopes to get a mailing address for the FEDS to go and break down - but when I asked where my marketing department could forward some of our service information - he (in a middle-eastern accent) - said "No thank you." and ***g up. It's now been a full 24+ hours without a follow up call so I'm guessing they got the message and removed me from their automated calling list. Sadly, my number isn't listed and it's on a federal do not call list. Apparently these ********s didn't get the memo.
