This was as a result of an email sent to me while setting up an account I never asked for. Jordan impersonated an employee from Norton Lifelock.

This person Jordan is a scammer. He sends fic***ious emails and when you call him to get the amount they charge you off your card he keeps you on the phone for a long time while he encrypts your entire computer until you pay him the money he is asking. He holds your computer and all your bank records hostage.
