They want a cash card for $499.00 bought at Walmart or CVS. They are very slick. PCH does not contact winners by phone and does not require payment. This scam targets the elderly.

Publishers clearing house scam. Requested 10k for me to purchase a claim receipt. In order to take care of IRS taxes because I was winning more than 100k. Publishers clearing house does not ever ask for money from their winners. I reported them to the official website,

This person claims to be from the IRS investigative department , gives a phone number and claims that if you do not call him, you will be arrested by the IRS agents. The message is very threatening.
