this is a serial fraud artist and cyberstalker...uses burner phones the way others use dental floss...

6-4-19 at 5:53 pm received unsolicited call from New York, NY with no voicemail so either a wrong number or most likely a telemarketer.

I did not get a call from this number but my younger uncle did. They called him offering a loan and he felt desperate enough to entertain their offer. Long story short he is now out $3000. Yes three zeroes! If these people have called you please do not interact AT ALL!!!!!!!!! Learn from his mistake. The sad part is like him most ppl will do the research too late......

Rude, said I had applied for a loan and he had my paperwork. When I called him back, told me not to cal that number a***n.

Alishia I received a call from this number about 7 times a day and every time I block the number they call from a different number. The last time I called I told them to take my phone number off of their list.

Velvet Total scam.  Claims I won 1.5 Million dollars but I have to pay anywhere from $350-$399 (depending on who calls) to claim my prize.
