There was no message. After Googling the number, it appears the call came from an elderly lady. Most likely, it was a simple wrong number.

I was called by someone at this number,****-830-9998 not even seconds after I paid my monthly car payment bill online via a check free service with Ally Bank. I ignored it, then called it back. It rang twice then went to a period of total silence with no indication of dropped call. I suspect it to be a s**** number, with a robo-call feature used to try to identify an actual, active, working number. I believe it is a means to try to collect debit/credit card numbers used in online payments made via cellphone or other devices.
