Me ****** number keeps calling it said to press one to be removed from list but they still call...annoying

I got a call from this number a couple of days ago, the lady on the other end had a foreign accent. She said she with some home learning thing. I told her I wasn't interested to remove me from her list and she said "I will be happy to do this for you, I just need you to listen to a short 2 minute recording..." I cut her off and said "No" "Take me off your list, call my house a***n and I will report you for harassment." Guess that didn't work, because I got home from work today and the number was on my caller I.D. a***n. They called at 4:07pm.Just a note, I have been warned to be careful about calling some of these numbers back because you may be billed for an international call on your phone bill.

Got a call and ****up after a couple of rings.  Number belongs to Brooks Fiber Communications.
