Karen S This number has been texting me, telling me that she is trying to collect a debt for Jason Clements and if we don't pay him $1,500 she will turn the complaint over to "the legal department" to file a lien. Jason worked for us for over 2 months. He was supposed to retire a small bathroom for us, with the expected completion date of 2-3 weeks from his s**** date of Sept. 14th. We were having guest arrive for Thanksgiving. They arrived a week before and the bath was still incomplete and filthy. On November 21st I told him we were no longer in need of his services. We have a contract for $4,500. We had, at that point paid him $6,700 (even though the contract stated 1/2 down and 1/2 upon completion. Apparently, Lee Richards is a friend of his and is sending these text messages.
