Missed a call from 918-999-9904. Called them back. Woman answered stating she was recording the call without giving her name or organization she represented. My cell dropped the call so I called a***n. I’m 99% positive the same woman answered this call but she tried speaking thru her nose to make it seem like she was a different person. She repeated the same line with no information. Paid for background report but no identifying info found there either.
