Unfortunately, the "Do-Not-Call" does not cover many things like; charity, political ads, anyone you have done business with or have services with...so what is left not much. However, this co. that calls me also sounds like one that should be fined. They have nothing to do with any thing I have or any services and my credit is excellent...

No message left. Number traced to North Carolina. I am near Toronto, Ontario, Ca***a. Not much can be done with out of country calls. Hope some of the court cases alluded to are successful.

This phone number showed up on my landline caller ID while I was on the phone... No message was left. I see by some of the other posts that they're claiming to be representing "Card Member Services." They're sadly mistaken... I don't have any credit cards, and my bankruptcy is final. I tried calling the number back, and I reached a recording which stated "The person that you're trying to reach is unavailable. Please try your call a***n later." I just tried calling the number a***n, and I heard some garbled message in Spanish. Scammers!!! Beware!!!

Rachel at cardholder services called...automated call. They want you to provide them with your current credit card info.....this is a scam and a***nst the law. I'm also on the do-not-call list, so the real offenders are the companies that sell these people their lists. but will the gov't go after them....no

Called at 1:57 pm Oct 8 but did not leave a message. As I did not recognize the number, I did not return the call. After checking, it looks like another annoying call. Please make these calls stop. I am on the Do Not Call list in Ca***a, why are US calls coming to me?

Card Holder Services Wanted to lower my credit card interest rate for VISA and MASTER CARD. Need me to "Verfiy" my credit card numbers. Thanked the lady on the phone but said I'd like to talk to my bank before giving my card numbers out over the phone. I'm on the national do not call registry so apparently they don't care about violating that law...what's one or two more?

This number has been calling our home phone identifying themselves as a wireless caller to get through the privacy director. We don't answer it and they never leave a message.

Have called several times in the last week. Will not leave a message. Caller ID says out of area. Am on do not call list. Am sick of many violations of this law. We need the govt. to enforce a law when they enact it.

Card Services is name they give,supposed to be about lowering interest rate..Scam since they can't tell you which card..I am SUPPOSED TO BE on do not call lis**** sure hasn't helped get rid of this type call....

I said if my card is expireing then you should know who I am plus I don't have any credit cards nor have i ever had any and don't want any and asked them to stop calling me

Calls and offers some sort of debt consolidation services. They are violating federal "do not call" legislation.

I didn't even hear the phone ring since I was in the shower but I checked caller ID and saw this number. Got curious since I do have kin in NC but the area code wasn't the right on.

She ***g up on me. Number on caller id was a cell phone from NC. This makes about six times I have received calls from this number. I had been just ****ing up. Yes****ay was the first time I pressed 9.

Called saying we qualified for a lower interest rate. Not until my husband got irate with them did they say it was a debt consolidation busiess. Number on caller id was a cell phone from NC. when asked about it, the person lied, then said she was calling from an office after a storm. The call was misleading and should not be allowed to happen.

Some one called me from this 919-228-1303 number and said they were a card service and that I was being requested to press 9 to talk with representative about my account. I did so to let them know they had the wrong telephone number because I have no account with any name under card services. They immediately ***g up. I called back and it said that person was unavailable. W***ver is behind this number needs to be stopped.

Called on 9-23 about 'lowering credit card interest rates' ... we are a business and have no interest on our current credit cards. Additionally, I spoke with this company YES****AY and told them to remove us from the list immediately. We are registered do not call. Clearly that is not working!
