He is a scammer and a fraudster who posed to be the account holder of BNC Financial Bank. He apparently has account with BNC Digital Truist with account number 6610158013

Didn't speak was listening

Received a su****ious automated call from this number stating my electricity would be cut off within 12 hours unless I settled my account. When I pressed 1 to speak with someone, she asked if my last name was what it is, and also asked if house number was correct, which it was. Then the call ended abruptly. I tried to call it back but got a fast busy.

Architectural Firm I've done some research on this scam today and it seems they wait for you to either frustrate them to the point that they **** up or they try to get you to answer "yes" to one of their questions, record it, and use it in another taped message that makes it seem like you're agreeing to some other charge. It's definitely a scam, and don't say "yes" to anything if you can help it. I get these calls at least 3-4 times a week and they get so annoyed with me they eventually **** up.
