Leave a CommentAppears to be a company retained by BCBS of DE. The message they left said they would help ME make "intelligent health care decisions." I have never called them but only called BCBS-DE regarding billing problems. At one time or another we all have received the warning that "your call may be monitored or recorded for quality control purposes." Well, I guess in fact, this is such a monitoring company. It provides no services to me that I could see and I refused to give them any additional personal ID information - though they tried. This appears to stop them cold. As said earlier by BillW - ***** um.
Said they we calling for a Blue Cross Wellness Benefit.Tried to obtain my Birth date- was unable to use my Blue Cross number to find my benefit infomation.
Left a message @ 15:40 Blue cross Blue Shield of DE pushing their 'Blue Print for Health' BS. Only problem is DE area code is 302, and no caller Id other than the # - ***** um.
unsure who this is. They said they were doing quality****urance on Blue Cross Blue Shield.
