Calls, speaks Spanish, never leaves a message

ARS is calling. I used them a year ago for plumbing. Now they call my cell phone for the past 8 months at least 2 or 3 times a month sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I tell them to lose my number and they keep calling. They leave no message when I do not answer. It is annoying.

It's ARS calling to sell you a service contract on your HVAC or Plumbing lines.....I have them for my service on HVAC units and they have s****ed telemarketing people.
