Dennis I'm chatting with a certain Mr. Donald Baker using this # through WhatsApp. He said he's working in Colden Investments Co. I'm su****ious of this guy since he required me to pay $2500 for the procurement of ISB Bond, penalty fee, insurance fee and delivery fee for a debit card with a dividend money in it. The debit card was never delivered by FedEx supposively to be last Friday (June 20) after the FedEx agent said he returned to North Carolina and returned the debit card to sent destination. I'm making this report to inform other people of this scam
