These are horrible annoyance callers. They call all the time. I also think they roulette their city names on the id and the number. No Call List complaint center does absolutely nothing for me EVER. And my phone company tells me that they can't c****e my phone number without laying in a new phone line. It is hopeless. So I unplug my phone a lot.
