Anonymous Phoned me at 11pm and then a***n at midnight

I trying to find out if my partner is cheating on me

At first I thought a Wisconsin call so I decided to call me but picking up the call the guy didn't speak up immediately even though he's the one who call me, already sus. He said that I will receive a $9,000 grant and that I don't have to pay it back. I'll be honest I already gotten trick once already with the same conversation so I'm not going to get trick twice into doing this a***n, dam scammer
